Foundation Food Hygiene
Course Description
This course is suitable for all involved in the preparation and/or serving of food and refreshments.
This course is approved by The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. If passed, you will receive a Certificate from the Institute.

• Bacteriology
• Personal Hygiene
• Cleaning and disinfection
• Food pests
• Premises and equipment
• Food safety control
• Prevention of contamination
All clients must sit a small test at the end of the course.
